Mark's own extensive 34-year experience in law enforcement was specialized in undercover operations working with local, state and federal agencies. During that time he was responsible for collection of criminal intelligence through surveillance, technical surveillance and by sourcing confidential informants. He also specializes in and instructed local law enforcement in covert/counter surveillance, criminal enterprise infiltration and dismantlement, and has training in hostage rescue and negotiations.
